Why Track The Business Confidence Index?
The Business Confidence Index is a leading indicator you can use to identify where opportunities might be....and when those opportunities might emerge.

By comparing Business Confidence Indexes by region you can also get a sense of where the best opportunities are going to emerge.

The Associated Industries of Massachusetts, for example, conducts a monthly survey of 1,000 randomly selected AIM members.

This information is then forwarded for analysis to the AIM Board of Economic Advisors. Members of the Board include the Chief Regional Economist for Standard & Poor's DRI, the Chief Economist for BankBoston, a Principal for CB Commercial/Torto Wheaton Research, the Chief Economist for State Street Bank & Trust, and the Vice Chairman of the Board at U.S. Trust.

With over 5,000 corporate members, the Associated Insutries of Massachusetts is the voice of Massachusetts' employers.

We are honored that the Associated Industries of Massachusetts has selected Stybel Peabody Lincolnshire as its partner in providing AIM members with services designed to achieve smooth senior executive transitions: retained search, coaching, and outplacement.
