SENIOR EXECUTIVE OUTPLACEMENT


For senior executives, Lincolnshire International offers an Outplacement program featuring job-search and career-management coaching for an unlimited time, until re-employment. Only our senior coaches, with experience in a variety of industries and functions – and with an understanding of the “Board Room” – are assigned to senior executive clients.

Lincolnshire’s Senior Executive Outplacement program involves only One-On-One coaching. There are NO GROUP facilitation meetings.

The Senior Executive program contains the following elements, among others…

HANDLING THE TRANSITION (how to function personally and professionally after a termination).

CAREER ASSESSMENT, EXPLORATION & PATHING, including a Birkman Method® Assessment Profile.

MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT
  • Identification and strengthening of individual personal assets and marketable skills.
  • Examination of any potential career and personal liabilities, and developing strategies for managing them.
  • Review of occupational options and career potential.
  • Exploration of viable and realistic industry options.
  • Determination of immediate and future income potential.
  • Clarification of short and long-term goals, with recommendations for achieving them.
  • Development of a personal communications strategy. Identifying specific words and concepts for effectively presenting oneself in all forms of communication.
  • Resume preparation.
  • Preparation of self-marketing letters.
MARKETING PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
  • Uncovering appropriate contacts and hidden opportunities.
  • Personal telemarketing.
  • Effective approaches to recruiters.
  • Emerging opportunities, with use of an On-Line service for surveying 1000 job-posting sites to download appropriate opportunities (a real time saver).
