EXECUTIVE OUTPLACEMENT
Lincolnshire International offers an Executive Outplacement program featuring job-search and career-management coaching from 6 to 12 months in length. Only our coaches with experience in a variety of industries and functions are assigned to executive clients.
Lincolnshire’s Executive Outplacement program involves only One-On-One coaching. There are NO GROUP facilitation meetings.
The Executive program contains the following elements, among others…
HANDLING THE TRANSITION (how to function personally and professionally after a termination).
CAREER ASSESSMENT, EXPLORATION AND PATHING, including a Birkman Method®Assessment Profile
MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT
- Identification and strengthening of individual personal assets and marketable skills.
- Examination of any potential career and personal liabilities. Developing strategies for managing them.
- Review of occupational options and career potential.
- Exploration of viable and realistic industry options.
- Determination of immediate and future income potential.
- Clarification of short and long-term goals, with recommendations for achieving them.
- Development of a personal communications strategy. Identifying specific words and concepts for presenting oneself in all forms of communication.
- Resume preparation.
- Preparation self-marketing letters.
MARKETING PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
- Uncovering appropriate contacts and hidden opportunities.
- Personal telemarketing.
- Effective approaches to recruiters.
- Emerging opportunities, with use of an On-Line service for surveying 1000 job-posting sites to download appropriate opportunities (a real time saver).
- Reference coaching.
- Developing a self-marketing, direct mail campaign.
- Advertisements, including use of the Internet.
- Target company research using CD-ROM and On-Line databases.
- Image enhancement.
- Interview techniques, including video training.
- Negotiation.
FOLLOW-UP
- Unlimited coaching for the period of the Outplacement program – in person and by phone, and use of private office. Coaching and office use is available in cities worldwide.
