Lincolnshire International offers a Staff & Professional Outplacement program, featuring job-search and career-management coaching from 1 to 3 months in length. Coaches with experience in a variety of industries and functions are assigned to these clients.

Lincolnshire's Staff & Professional Outplacement program may involve both One-On-One coaching and Group facilitated meetings.

The Staff & Professional program contains the following elements, among others…

HANDLING THE TRANSITION (how to function personally and professionally after a termination).

CAREER ASSESSMENT & EXPLORATION, including a Birkman Method® Assessment Profile

MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT
  • Identifying and strengthening of individual personal assets and marketable skills.
  • Examining any potential career and personal liabilities, and developing strategies for managing them.
  • Reviewing occupational options and career potential.
  • Exploring viable and realistic industry options.
  • Determining immediate and future income potential.
  • Clarifying short-and long-term goals, and recommendations for achieving them.
  • Developing a personal communications strategy. Identifying specific words and concepts to effectively present oneself in all forms of communication.
  • Preparing an interview-generating resume.
  • Preparing letters that get through the “gatekeepers” to the hiring authority.
MARKETING PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
  • Uncovering appropriate contacts and hidden opportunities.
  • Personal telemarketing techniques.

  • Uncovering “published” opportunities through an On-Line service that surveys 1000 job-posting sites (a great time saver).
