LINCOLNSHIRE INTERNATIONAL
OFFERS COST-EFFECTIVE, GO-ANYWHERE
REMOTE / DISTANT OUTPLACEMENT COACHING

For displaced employees in “remote” and/or hard-to-reach locations, Lincolnshire Internationaloffers TeleCoaching and E-VideoCoaching® Outplacement programs…

Our unique TeleCoaching & E-VideoCoaching® programs enable us to provide comprehensive and effective one-on-one job-search assistance – by telephone, or via interactive audio/video on the internet, as well as by e-mail – to virtually any town in North America. And, at a very modest cost.

Goals Of Our Go-Anywhere, “Remote”
TeleCoaching
, & E-VideoCoaching® Programs...
  • TO PROVIDE a “personalized” one-on-one program that is consultant/coach-driven (ie: consultant/coach initiated and directed), yet not limited by geography; an Outplacement program facilitated – anywhere – by an experienced Outplacement consultant/coach, regardless of how small or remote the location.
  • TO PROVIDE a program that is “modestly priced” – using Audio CDs to provide much of the needed information, and reserving costly one-on-one coaching time for issues requiring inter-activity (Assessment, Resume, Interviewing, Action Plan).
TeleCoaching & E-VideoCoaching® Options

The difference among the following three programs is the number of hours devoted to TeleCoaching or E-VideoCoaching®, and the number of job-search issues that can be covered within those limitations. Elements common to each of the three programs include: Lincolnshire International’s unique Job-Search/Career-Management system – "OPENING NEW DOORS®" – as a motivational Learning and Action Guide; Consultant Initiated and Directed Coaching; and the continued use ofLincolnshire’s toll-fee Consultant Support Hotline until re-employment.

OPTION “A”. A client receives TWO HOURS of personalized coaching. Because of limited time, the focus will be concentrated on producing a strong, interview-producing Resume. When completed, an interview-generating resume is e-mailed to the client.

OPTION “B”. A client receives FOUR HOURS of personalized coaching. The resume is a priority. This program, however, provides adequate time for exploring other important issues relating to the job-search process, such as: Skills & Accomplishments, Networking, Researching the Hidden Job Market, Interviewing, Compensation, etc. An interview-generating resume is created and e-mailed to the client.

OPTION “C”. A client receives SIX HOURS of personalized coaching. This is a complete career transition program. All aspects of the job-search/career management process are explored and discussed. Special attention is given to the individual’s Resume, Goals and Personal Needs, as well as Networking, Interviewing and Negotiating Skills. An interview-generating resume is created and e-mailed to the client.

Implementation

It’s Simple...
  1. Upon departure, a dismissed employee is given, or sent, a copy of "Opening New Doors®".
  2. Within 48-hours, we contact the dismissed employee to arrange a Coaching schedule.
  3. Exchange of resume preparation material, assessment questionnaires and cover letters are accomplished by Express Mail, or E-mail.
