In attempting to instill these, as well as other characteristics into its client’s leaders, ourLeadership Development process begins with a formal assessment to discover an individual’s interests, strengths, weaknesses and stresses – indicating behaviors, competencies, and leadership/management style.

Then, coaching/training begins, with a focus of developing/changing chosen behaviors and characteristics.
