Career Exploration
Lincolnshire International’s Career Exploration process helps individuals focus on the many available career alternatives, given their existing strengths, skills, experience, interests, goals, accomplishments, limitations and education. Lincolnshire provides a one-on-one coaching experience, which explores personal and family needs, as well as the work, living and people environments needed for a successful, happy and motivated life.

Candidates for this program are those who...
  • need to determine a new career direction (either internally or externally)
- and -
  • require the implementation skills for transition into a new/different career.
THE PROCESS

The participant completes a Birkman Method® Profile and/or The Mulling Factor© Profile, the results of which become the focus of several in-depth, comprehensive coaching sessions.

Issues included in the coaching are...
  • Personal Assessment and Focus.
  • Exploring Needs and Expectations.
  • Resume Development (for internal and/or external use).
  • Communication Skills Assessment (including video recording).
  • Transferable Skills Assessment.
  • Job Market Exploration (internal and/or external).
  • Determining Career Options.
