Lincolnshire International’s Career Pathing process assesses one’s interests, strengths, needs and stresses, as well as management, operating and leadership styles. With these results, a ten-year plan is created in two to three year increments – a series of stepping stones – with specific career and job, as well as lifestyle goals, indicated. PROCESS A Lincolnshire consultant facilitates a Birkman Method® and/or The Mulling Factor© assessment to determine what career and job goals might be achieved. The consultant and participant then agree on a ten year plan to attain those goals. |
