WORKPLACE VIOLENCE & TERRORISM PREVENTION

Now – Affordable Training For New Employee Orientations & Between Seminars!

Workplace Violence & Terrorism is now the third leading cause of occupational death and thefastest growing type of homicide in the U.S. Between 850 and 1000 people are murdered on the job each year. It is estimated that two million workers are victims of physical attack each year andsix million are threatened. The cost of Workplace Violence is estimated to be about $4 Billion annually: property damage, lost productivity & sales, negligence lawsuits. Employers can be liable for negligent hiring, negligent retention and/or inadequate safeguards – for NOT providing asafe & healthful workplace.

Security Systems are the First Line of Defense, but they often fail. This On-Line program (with audio sequenced to slides and a Comprehension Evaluation – test) assists in establishing “awareness” training for the SECOND LINE OF DEFENSE – ON-THE-JOB EMPLOYEES – to spot those exhibiting potential violent/terrorist behaviors. Then, by implementing response plans, incidents can be STOPPED BEFORE they occur.

FORMAT

On-Line – with Audio Sequenced Slides & a Comprehension Evaluation (test), including two viewings per participant.
